Zach and Carrie Rath or Sweet Carrie May, as Zach likes to call her, make the perfect team to run this historic inn.
Zach has many years of culinary experience. He began working in a small family-run business in his hometown of York, Nebraska before earning his degree in culinary arts. From there, he went on to work on a small cruise line and eventually moved on to private motor yachts where he was the chef.
Carrie May has her business degree, and her past experience in the property management industry makes them a dynamic duo.
