Chef Zach has many years of restaurant & culinary experience. In 2014 he won BedandBreakfast.com’s coveted “Best Breakfast” award!
His formal Food Service Management and Culinary Arts degree and prior experience led him to his various chef assignments with Clipper Cruise Lines onboard their cruise ships. He began as a galley steward and was soon promoted to Garde Manager and then to Sous Chef.
Zach’s travels have taken him all over the world from Antarctica, South America, New Zealand, the Caribbean, Asia, Europe and South Africa, You can see Chef Zach’s passion for culinary arts in his award winning breakfasts.
